Returns and Exchanges Made Easy

We understand that mistakes happen. Whether you accidentally ordered the wrong product or changed your mind and want something else, Estore-Me makes returns and exchanges simple. Here’s how our policy works for most purchases (unless stated otherwise on the product page):

General Return Guidelines

- Original Invoice Required: To qualify for a return, please keep your original invoice.
- Contact Customer Service: Before sending any items back, reach out to our customer service team to verify if the item is in new, resellable condition.
- Shipping Costs: You’ll be responsible for paying the shipping fees to send the product back to us, and also for the shipping of any replacement items back to you.

Exchange & Return Policy

- Return/Exchange Window: You can return or exchange products within 3 days of delivery.
- Condition: Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging, including all accessories and free items (if any).
- Documents: The original invoice and warranty card are required.
- Non-Returnable Items: Accessories, software, cartridges, toners, and other specified items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Refunds: Refunds will be issued as store credit, which can be used within 6 months. We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.
- Restocking Fee: Some items may incur a restocking fee of 20% of the invoice value.
- "On Request" Items: These products cannot be returned or exchanged.
- International Customers: If you're outside the UAE, you'll need to cover the shipping costs for returns.

Product Condition

- Intact and Original: The product must be in the exact condition it was when sold, with unopened packaging.
- Included Materials: All materials like manuals, warranty cards, and accessories must be returned as well.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items are not eligible for returns or exchanges:

- Accessories
- Monitors and laptops
- Software products
- Ink and toner cartridges
- Bulk orders (3 or more of the same item)
- "On Request" items

Manufacturer Restrictions

Some items may have restrictions from the manufacturer, meaning our customer service team won’t be able to process returns or exchanges. In such cases, you’ll need to deal directly with the manufacturer. Check the supplier or manufacturer’s website for specific return policies.

Consumable Products

Consumable items like ink cartridges, toner, and blank media are not eligible for returns through Estore-Me. You’ll need to contact the manufacturer directly for any support or replacement.

Refund Policy

- Refund Method: If your return qualifies, refunds will be given as store credit (a voucher) that must be used within 6 months.
- Restocking Fee: Some refunds may be subject to a restocking fee.
- No Cash Refunds: We do not offer cash or credit card refunds.

Inspection

All returned items will be inspected by our team before approval. Estore-Me reserves the right to reject any returns that don’t follow this policy.
